Send documents to Kindle wirelessly

That’s right, now you can send documents from your PC or Mac to Kindle using drag and drop, without even touching the device, i.e. wirelessly! All you need to do – open this page in your browser, and drag-n-drop to the form the files you’d like to send to your Kindle. You can send up to 10 documents at once, each file must not be larger than 10Mb.

Supported file formats:

  • Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx)
  • Rich Text Format (.rtf)
  • Portable Document Format (.pdf)
  • HTML (.htm, .html)
  • Text (.txt) documents
  • Archived documents (.zip)
  • Mobi book (.mobi)

I tried to send a PDF document that I viewed through my browser (Firefox) to my Kindle as specified above, however when I click on the link “this page” it goes to a no longer existing page. I also tried entering the URL of the page (pdf document) into the COMPOSE function but it does not capture text of the file. Is there any way of doing this in SendtoReader?

You don’t need sendtoreader for that. Simply download and email the PDF to your Kindle’s email address.
